The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts of scientific contributions for poster presentations. Abstracts may only be submitted via email to badd09.submission@gmail.com as a word or RTF document.
Dead line for abstract submission for poster presentation has been extended to december 1st.
Guidelines for preparation and submission of abstracts:
• Abstracts submitted by fax will not be accepted.
• All abstracts must be submitted in English.
• Please structure your abstract using the following headings:
o Objectives
o Methods
o Results
o Conclusion
• All abbreviations must be defined the first time they appear in your text.
• Avoid mathematical formulae in the Abstract title.
• Abstracts may not be longer than 250 words (excluding title and authors)
Please, when submitting your document, make sure that you do not forget :
# Contact details of presenting author.
# Abstract topic (Four keywords).
# Full details of all authors (First Name, Family name, Title, Affiliation: Institute/Hospital, Department, City and Country).
# Abstract Title: Each word should begin with a capital letter except transition words.
# Abstract Body (250 words maximum).
# The file should be saved as a Word or prefrably RTF document, Times New Roman font, size 12 points, margins 2.5 cm on each side and justified.
